I don't think....

That absence makes the heart grow fonder, I think it just breaks it a little at a time.

Midtermspapersprojectsfinals

I hate this part of the quarter. All I want to do is play and I have major projects and tests every few days for the rest of the year. YAY college. Sometimes I really to wonder what the point of this is exactly.

Home for Mother's Day

Friday afternoon it was time to go home, Brian, Shawn, Tim and I piled in the car and unfortunately did not get out of it for 3 1/2 hours. Meaning I was very sick of being in the car that long and very irritated about the extra one and a half hours spent sitting on the highway. Just too much death metal I guess. Then it was home with mom for the evening and some tv and talking, which was nice. Then Sat. off to Zach's lacrosse game where grandparents, cousins, aunts, and one uncle were assembled to watch Zack kick some but. Unavoidably though, once the babies got there the game got a lot less attention from the family. They are getting Ginormous.
After the game off to Kai's for lunch at Hanz Burger and old fashioned hang out time. I love just doing nothing, wandering around, going to the park, anything with that kid is fun. We took it easy this weekend though, he still has that cold I gave him 2 weeks ago. After going to his brother's to pick up a present for his mom, visiting the fred meyer for expensive Mother's Day Cards, and stopping by the fire station to see his mom it was off to Milton. What is in Milton you ask? Well Lexi and Shay of course. It was great to see them and I can't wait to see everyone this summer, but stuff has changed. I just feel like I knew people so well and that we will always share love for each other, but I honestly don't know what goes on in day to day life with them. Ah well that's what cell phones are for.
Then it was back to Kai's where I fell asleep and elected not to go home. I proceeded to wake up at 6:30 stop to pick up some flowers for mom and drove home. Then the waffle debacle occurred. I'm seriously sticking to pancakes from now on. Then it was discussion about housing for next year, seriously like all day.
Anyways weekends are home are freaking stressful.
Today, and this is the really exciting news, Shelby, Hallie, Jaime and I went to look at 2515 Peabody St. as a rental next year. The house is so nice. It's kind of far from campus, but the low rent and awesomeness of it make it the ideal place. We filled out our applications and I'm going back to pay the fee tomorrow.
